Granite and baseboard!

April 30 - well Universal Stone came today and installed the countertops and I like the granite much more than I had when I looked at it at GS Granite - we picked Extreme Maple for the main floor and basement and Titanium Black for the second floor.  Here they are!

Baseboards have also been installed now that all of the flooring is done.

And the ensuite shower has been tiled

Kudo to my friend, Aaron Churchill of A Churchill Touch for helping me pick colours, tile patterns, etc.  The particular tiles came from the Flooring Factory Outlet on the West End.  I searched high and low for tiles that I liked.

Hardwood!

April 28 - Well, Jeff from Classic Hardwood has been busy installing our hardwood floors this past week. What do you think?

Stairs, flooring and eavestroughs!

April 16 - Well, we have stairs! They are covered to protect them until we move in, which is still feeling like it's a while away but getting so much closer! These beauties were done by Prorail and are clear maple which will match our hardwood when it gets installed next week.

And the other exciting thing happening is the install of the flooring by Lanza Woodwork, they started this week and it's looking good!  These beautiful tiles were obtained from Tierra Sol where Dodi-Lyn was so helpful! Also, my friend Aaron of A Churchill Touch was very helpful in helping me in my tile selection, not to mention paint colours and overall colour and feel.  So if you need any help with colours or interior design, he is the guy to go and see!

In addition, all the eavestroughs are up!
